Vivo X300 Phones Arrive in India: Display, Camera, Battery, Price Insights

Vivo is all set to introduce its X300 series in India on December 2, which will be another major mobile phone launch as the end of the year is the time for many high-end smartphones to come out. The series which consists of the X300 and X300 Pro would be aimed at adding to the already existing stronghold of Vivo in the premium segment.

The unveiling of the X300 series is officially set for December 2, 2025, along with the introduction of OriginOS 6 outside China. Early reports indicate that the price range might be around Rs 80,000, which would place the phones in competition with other top-tier products in India.

Vivo X300 sports a tiny 6.31-inch LTPO OLED panel with an adjustable 120Hz refresh rate, whereas the X300 Pro features a bigger 6.78-inch 1.5K LTPO OLED display. Both variants have a flat-edged design which is a hallmark of contemporary luxury smartphone aesthetics.

Both phones are powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 chip and can be equipped with as much as 16GB RAM and 1TB storage. A very important aspect is OriginOS 6's induction in India, as the users here will get the chance to experience the latest software that was earlier only available in China.

The X300 features a trinity of cameras, including a 200MP primary sensor with OIS, a 50MP ultrawide and a 50MP periscope telephoto lens. In contrast, the X300 Pro has a 50MP Sony main camera with OIS, a 50MP ultrawide, and a 200MP periscope telephoto lens with OIS at its disposal. A 50MP front camera is provided for selfies in both models.

The battery capacity is very generous with the X300 containing a 6,040mAh battery and the X300 Pro being supplied with a 6,510mAh. Apart from that, both the devices will get 90W fast wired charging and 40W wireless charging support which means that heavy users will not have to face long downtimes.
